Welcome to Neurorigins
We are a small team of scientists eager to decipher the misteries of CELL DIVERSITY in the brain. How different cells acquire different identities? Although extrinsic factors such as neuronal activity or hormones may have a significant impact in cell identity, we are firm believers that the family origin of the cell is the main determinant in the acquisition of cell identity. To tackle this problem, we use state-of-the-art technology but also create our own tools. Old problems often get unlocked by new tools.
